BUSINESS ANALYST/CRM ANALYST

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to enhance and improve our client's CRM systems. This is a contract-based assignment based in Zurich. Our client is a renowned Swiss financial firm with global operations.

Tasks

- Requirements gathering with regards to different regulatory topics
- Writing of detailed specifications for IT
- Liaise with IT department, assist with implementation of improvements to the CRM systems
- Business analysis for various projects within the programme
- Identify ways to improve client documentation to adhere with common standards/best practice (KYC)

Requirements

- Solid experience with Business Analysis in CRM projects
- Profound knowledge of CRM systems such as Actico, MS Dynamics
- Profound knowledge of Appway technologies and applications (especially workflow)
- Experience within the banking and financial services industry
- Excellent spoken and written English a must, German a plus
