Business Analyst - CRM

DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a leading investment management firm in Edinburgh, is seeking a Business Analyst to join them on an initial 6 month contract basis.

This presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who has experience of CRM and previous experience working within an investment management environment.

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience of CRM from a business to business perspective and in the context of investment management
- Experience of data integration projects
- Experience of writing and delivering training, documenting business processes, procedures or best practice to support business users
- Good stakeholder management skills

DESIRABLE:

- Proven analyst with multiple CRM deliveries under their belt
- Knowledge of Salesforce
