Job Description: Role - Business Analyst
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst in the area of Risk Strategic Change for one of our Banking Clients.
The position is within ta Risk Strategic Change department delivering Change-the-Bank projects.
You will liaise between thebusiness stakeholders in Risk and the It delivery functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
Work with the Functional Architects to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes
Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
Key Requirements
You should have the following skills and qualifications:
Strong business, quantitative and analytical analysis skills,
Experience in process management and design
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Very good knowledge of IT and banking processes ideally within credit risk
Excellent communication skills in English and German would be a plus
(Credit) Risk experience and would be a plus
Experience of implementing regulatory projects in large banking Environments
Work Experience: Minimum 5 Years
