For an initial 3 months project at our banking client site in Zurich we are looking for an experienced
BUSINESS ANALYST - CREDIT RISK EXPERIENCE & PROCESS MANAGEMENT/DESIGN (3224)
As a business analyst in the Risk Strategic Change team you will be responsible to gather business requirements from stakeholders, ensure proper documentation and develop proposals for required system and process changes.
As the ideal candidate you would have the following skills and qualifications:
- STRONG TRACK RECORD IN BUSINESS ANALYSIS
- EXPERIENCE IN PROCESS MANAGEMENT/DESIGN
- Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- CREDIT RISK EXPERIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING OF RISK MANAGEMENT AND RISK CONTROL IS A PLUS
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
- Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
- Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
