For a 6 months project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

BUSINESS ANALYST - CREDIT RISK/DATA (4099)

BCBS 239 is a Credit Risk Transformation to align Finance data with Credit Risk data of all banking divisions. The ideal candidate will support ou client in the process from end to end delivery and accuracy of Data Sourcing, Analytics and Reporting data. He/she will be dealing with business architects, application architects, development and UAT teams.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- TALENTED IN TRANSLATING BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS INTO IT DESIGNS AND DOCUMENTATION FOR IT TEAMS
- DEEP KNOWLEDGE IN BUSINESS ANALYSIS, PROJECT GOVERNANCE, USER REQUIREMENTS, DESIGN OF TEST SCENARIOS & TEST SCRIPTS, PROJECT DOCUMENTATION
- EXPERIENCE IN WORKING ON LARGE VOLUMES OF DATA, DWH, REPORTING
- VERY SKILLED WITH ORACLE, SQL AND MICROSOFT OFFICE APPLICATIONS (EXCEL, ACCESS, POWERPOINT, VISIO)
- Knowledge in Credit Risk is a big plus
- Know how of Microsoft Dynamics, Cubes, Reports
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Fast learner with the ability to get up to speed quickly with new processes and IT applications/infrastructure
- Organized and able to work independently

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyzing business requirements for the Credit Risk area, creating Business Requirement and IT Design Specification documents
- Engaging business and IT system owners to gather, understand and collaborate to a joined solution
- Defining and executing of test cases, structurally and functionally which includes data quality analysis and solution definition
- Analyzing an end-to-end view: from upstream sources, loading and calculations, reports and downstream dependencies
- Creating and executing SQL queries to validate analysis and support the test results
