BUSINESS ANALYST - CREDIT RISK, CHANGE - BANKING

On behalf of one of our clients - a leading banking institution in Zurich, we searching for experienced Senior Business Analysts with strong background in Credit Risk and Finance projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the delivery of large-scale complex projects within the CRO and CFO areas of the bank
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders in the areas of Credit Risk Management and/or Risk Data, as well as with IT teams
- Ensuring all business requirements are met
- Coordinating project delivery and providing status reports to the Project Lead
- Implementing effective business solutions
- Managing UAT activity
IDEAL PROFILE:
- 10+ years of experience in the financial sector
- Several years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst function in business-side projects
- Excellent business requirements documentation skills
- Strong experience with one ore more of the following topics: Credit Risk, Risk and Finance implementations, Risk Reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Analytical personality
- Ability to work in a challenging environment with tight deadlines
- Fluent English
