For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a

Business Analyst - Change Reporting Platform Credit Risk, BCBS 239

Start: ASAP

Duration: initial contract is 6 months

Location: Zurich

You will work as part of a team in Zurich to deliver a new risk reporting platform to the Credit Risk managers and Risk Analytics and Reporting professionals supporting Credit Risk managers.

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent understanding of credit risk discipline from reporting processes and workflows perspective. Key credit products covered in CRM IWM include Lombard, Ship Finance, Aircraft Finance, Export Finance, Corporate Finance, Mortgages. Lending is provided to the Wealth Management clients. This experience (7-10 years minimum) in relevant credit risk management functions and insight into its reporting is the most important requirement.
- Business requirements analysis and change experience in a similar role within a large financial institution
- Familiarity with business processes, financial products, credit risk management and regulatory requirements (eg BCBS239, etc)
- Significant experience in embedding new risk management systems in a complex organisations
- Solid understanding of regulatory delivery programs in Risk functions
- Track record of sourcing and defining clear and comprehensive requirements
- Must be able to communicate business concepts and proposals in English (both written and verbal) with all levels of management (thus, including executive level communication) in a clear and concise manner. German would be an advantage for stakeholder engagement in addition to English
- Strong validation skills. Able to iterate through requirements in an agile manner
