Business Analyst - Credit Risk (BCBS P&C Area) wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- At least 8 years' experience working as a Business Analyst with expertise in specifying requirements using Use Cases and UML (or other modelling technique)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills as well as outstanding conceptual thinking and ability to identify dependencies
- Proficiency in eliciting requirements and translating business requirements into IT functional specification for business and IT teams
- Ability to prepare documents for workshop/meetings with business stakeholders and moderate discussions
- Very good SQL and MS Office Suite skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, knowledge in German is an asset
YOUR TASKS:
- Conducting benchmark and impact assessments of newly implemented components to existing solutions
- Determining required IT business solutions and assisting in implementing them as well as supporting quality control and project management
- Conducting requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
- Supporting the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
- Identifying people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
