For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced BUSINESS ANALYST - CREDIT RISK/BCBS 239 (4770).
In this role you will support the business division Chief Risk Officers and the Firm Wide Risk functions with best-in-class services to effectively and efficiently deliver Change-the-Bank projects.
Your Qualifications
- 7+ YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS ANALYST AND STRONG TRACK RECORD IN BUSINESS ANALYSIS
- DEEP CREDIT RISK KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN PROCESS MANAGEMENT/DESIGN
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF IT AND BANKING PROCESSES
- Understanding and experience of implementing regulatory projects in a large bank would be a plus
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
- Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
- Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
