For a project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst - Credit Risk (4681)
The ideal candidate will act as the enabler between business stakeholders in Risk and the IT delivery functions.
Your Qualifications:
-8+ years experience as a Business Analyst with strong process management and design skills
-Deep knowledge of IT and banking processes
-Profound quantitative and analytical skills
- Credit Risk and regulatory projects experience/understanding in the financial environment would be a plus
- Ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders
-Excellent communication skills in English
Your Responsibilites:
- Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
- Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
- Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
