Business Analyst (Credit Risk) wanted for an international bank located in Zurich.
YOUR TASKS:
- Driving and coordinating the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Preparing requirement specification documents including requirement description and use cases
- Working with the functional architects and other business analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Identifying opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Assisting IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
- Facilitating and supporting the transition of Change Program into run-the-bank
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Solid work experience as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge in process management/design
- Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to see big picture correlating business requirements and thinking strategically
- Credit Risk experience and understanding of Risk Management and Risk Control is a plus
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
