Business Analyst - Crédit Protocol & Workflow Automation

Our client, a major private bank based in Geneva Switzerland, is looking for a Business Analyst to work on 2 projects: Credit Protocols and Workflow Automation, as well as provide support to Swift/GTExchange Corporate Actions for the Asia Market.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct business analyses
- Assess and map existing processes in the scope of the projects
- In conjunction with main stakeholders, analyse feasibility and build new processes.
- Challenge stakeholders vision and promote innovative solutions
- Ensure full scope and beyond is taken into account before proposing/making a decision
- Produce documented decision proposals
- Create Business Requirements Documents with understandable and clear language.
- Propose solutions to problems and roadblocks
- Work closely with Project Management Team and Project Management Office.
- Partner with Development and IT Project management units to ensure adequacy of developments and solutions proposed

The successful candidate has at least 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS BUSINESS ANALYST IN BANKING INDUSTRY and speaks fluent French with a good level of English.
