ROLE : Business Analyst - Credit Cards -Migrations

SKILL: Business Analyst - Credit Cards - Migrations - Retail Banking - Cardiff - 12 months - £450

OVERVIEW

The Simplification programme aims to make the Group leaner and more efficient. This includes everything from products to processes and systems to structure. The Credit Cards Simplification programme will complete the integration work for the Credit Cards Business, building on the foundation set by Integration project and delivering the Target Operating Model of a single set of systems and processes for the Cards business.

CORE DUTIES OF THE ROLE:

- To provide Senior Business Analyst and specialist data analyst support within Cards Simplification to support a significant project responsible for the Migration of Credit Cards
- Previous BA experience in the Credit Card environment
- Major Migration Implementation experience
- Strong Stakeholder engagement and reporting
- Multitasking in a pressured environment to carry out numerous other technical works
- NMS Office Suite; Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- Change Management Toolkit
- A flair for excellent report design with all considerations to create exec monthly packs (utilising PowerPoint VBA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Facilitating the development of critical readiness factors to be used as measurements of Risk leading into a Migration event
- Socialisation and population of Dashboards to be updated and distributed, Monthly, Weekly and Daily by numerous stakeholders throughout the impacted areas ( IT and Business)
- Stakeholder Management
- Business Process Checking (FOV)
- Facilitating the production of Business Process checks ( FOV) to be used during Migration events
- Working with IT to understand the opportunities for early business process checking throughout an event
- Support mass data uploads and downloads of SharePoint data for highly frequent reporting over 40hr period (VBA/HTML) - Incident management

GENERAL:

- Planning, estimating & control of the analysis work
- Definition of approach and deliverables through Design, Build and Test
- Coaching other team members
- PMO support including maintenance of Project Plans and RAID logs, weekly reporting including input to CMT
- Support local CR process to ensure traceability from business requirements gathering to delivery

CORE SKILLS

- Previous BA experience in a Credit Card Migration capacity
- Business Readiness & live proving experience would be a distinct advantage
- Must work well under pressure
- All of the above accountabilities/deliverables are core to the role therefore the successful candidate must have demonstrated these skills in previous roles to be considered
- Full ISEB accreditation
