My client, a well respected payments organisation requires a Senior Business Analyst to work on a project defining and managing the requirements for credit card products.

The project is currently in the conceptual stage and the BA will be required to:

- Define and lead the detailed requirements for the introduction of a new prepaid Card product
- Engagement with Product Management, Operations, Distribution, IT and 3rd party Vendor to facilitate agreement on solution and processes
- Engage with IT to refine the solution design, managing traceability of the requirements through the design, build, test and implementation of the project
- Engaging with Legal, AML, Risk and Compliance to ensure the business solution incorporates these requirements
- Define the requirements for forms and collateral that will support the processes
- Engage with Change Management to define Change Impacts
- Support business case and
- Work with the Project Manager to define timelines for deliverables

The following skills are required for the role:

- Enterprise and Requirements Analysis - at least 4 years experience defining and managing Senior Stakeholders and business requirements
- Business Process Analysis - at least 5 years documenting business processes
- BA Documentation - must have experience documenting BRDs, Business Process Specification, Functional Requirements and Testing Plans
- Experience in collaborating with other BAs, Change Managers and Project Managers
- Project Management Skills - must have some experience in identifying and managing Issues and Risks
- Knowledge of the SDLC - must have had some involvement in the SDLC with at least some experience in Testing (UAT), writing test scrips and co-ordinating Business Resources in the final stages of testing
- Technical Knowledge - VisionPlus
