TITLE: Business Analyst/Contract Manager
My Client based in Brussels is an international company leader in their sector.
MISSION SUMMARY
- Support in translating business specs of the different projects to parameters, to billing configuration
- Idem for integration in the contractual documents such as service descriptions and pricelists, which will need to be delivered in Q4
- Assist in setting up migration scenario instructions, calculate tariffs to be uploaded based on existing price grids, follow up
- Set up dashboard of the different (sub)tracks and follow up on status to make sure all our deliverables are delivered in time
- Integration of new services where applicable to other customers too in standard contract docs.
Project name: Business Analyst for support on key projects for Key customer(s)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
- One of our Main customers (covering 3 customer entities) has signed new processing contracts for start 1.1.2014; they include new products and services and different ways of delivering and billing current services. A Build project is ongoing with the customer for the new set ups in a phased way spread over different years.
- The project has changed (a lot) in respect to the initial scope with effects on the contract as it was signed.
- Also, the customer in the meantime has different Statements Of Work for additional services in the pipeline for implementation in 2013 or after start of the new contract - some of these are 'off the shelf', other are new services, which require development and set up.
- With all these elements will have to prepare
o an updated version of the contract documents (service descriptions, price lists, SLA ...) before the end of the year
o A migration of the billing/retrocession configurations for one or two Customer Entity and the set up of new billing (non-standard) for another Customer Entity.
o Changes to the unit prices (calculations)
o Possibly changing other business parameters
Note: the set-up of the IT aspects and of the service delivery is not part of this mission. Focus is billing implementation, business parameter- and contract update.
BUSINESS ANALYST
ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION:
- Set up monitoring dashboard of the different subtracks (new services, different actions to be taken) on these contracts
- Follow up on evolution of and participate in implementation of the different tracks, guided by an expert on the team:
o Prepare/validate all relating calculations of prices to be applied (based on negotiated price grids and
conditions)
o Prepare billing migration scenario instructions in order to reflect the new conditions
o Assist in business parameter configuration
o Prepare integration of the new services and other changes in the 2014 contractual documents (Service Description, Price Lists, SLA other) in collaboration with other team members + integrate changes according to the evolution of the negotiations.
- Where such or similar services will also be rolled out for other customers, ensure readiness from contractual/billing implementation point of view
ENVIRONMENT (HW/SW):
- Microcoft Office - Word, Advanced Excel, (Access, BO = +)
- Oracle Business Suite
SKILLS:
- Good level Business analyst, technico commercial profile (able to handle high level of complexity)
- Affinity with complex matters and change
- Analytical & Structured approach with eye for detail
- Experience as business analyst, project manager/project delivery - implementation, audit
- Proficient in English writing
