Contract till end of December 2013 plus extension.
Duties:
- Manage the renewal of the MOU for ICT Services and Support between the organisation and external agencies for the global communications network
- Formalise partner collaborations and determine a structure of mutual ICT operation and services in close consultation with client agencies
- Integrate services provided by the organisation's Help Desk with the support requirements of external agencies
- Maintain accurate and clear records of all consultations undertaken in the MOU renewal process
- Interface closely with the Finance team on the new ICT services cost model
- Organise and chair workshops/presentations and meeting with key client agency staff during the engagement and negotiation process
Skills:
- Contract management/Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) development and/or Business Analysis experience within Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) organisations
- ICT/IT Service Management knowledge/experience highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with multiple levels of an organisation
- Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills
- Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities
- Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work in groups
