CONTRACT: 6 MONTHS +
COMPETITIVE DAILY RATE
Description:
We are looking for a business analyst for patient & investigator portals delivery and Decision View Study Optimizer. We have a high demand of patient/investigator portals to support our clinical trials. These portals are used to improve patient recruitment and have a better engagement with our patients and site staff.
Decision View Study Optimizer is a tool used to track patient recruitment and perform site selection based on predictive metrics and plans.
The analyst will support the delivery of the web portals by connecting with the business stakeholders and vendors to determine the needs and ensure compliancy (internal as well as external). The analyst will be responsible for maintaining the documentation related to each delivery and follow up with the vendor and business on IT deliverables (DARM, DNS push, SSL, ).
Next to this, the analyst will support Decision View Study Optimizer from an IT perspective. The analyst will follow up with IT, business and vendor stakeholders regarding incidents resolution and prevention, collaborate with the business on new requirements/enhancements and maintain all related documentation up to date.
You will be required to have the following skill set:
- Strong communicator: be able to communicate with the business. Communicate with the business about the solution on a non-technical level.
- Fast learner: In a short time the analyst has to learn the environment technically as well as the business rules.
- Strong documentation skills: maintain clear system documentation in a structured way.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Be able to translate the business needs in IT requirements and clearly define impact on the systems.
- Having experience with Clinical trials is a big plus.
