For our client, a leading Pharmaceutical company based in Zurich, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated and competent Business Analyst to Assemble and translate multiple business needs into formal requirements, secure (planning, follow-up, coordinating) estimates, design, build, test and deployment with the development team.
THE MAIN TASKS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:
- Aligning all changes of the solution with the business and within the project.
- Analysing business requirements with the development team.
- Coordinating the estimation and functional/technical specification process with the development team.
- Securing (planning, following-up, coordinating) the design, build, test and deployment of changes to an existing Intranet solution
- Manage all activities within given governance framework, using defined processes & tools
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FOLLOWING:
- Experience with defining and aligning business requirements with the customer
- Experience with large migration projects, implementing migration services, migration tools, etc.
- Experience with Intranet & other collaboration tools in a complex environment, SharePoint experience is a plus
- Can learn quickly in a complex and fast changing environment
- Fluent English
- Analytical mind-set
- Well structured, organized
- Can manage time well and is highly motivated to bring value to a project
