For our client in BASEL we are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST (CONTENT&KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT) for a 2-MONTH contract.

DURATION: 01/10/2018 TILL 25/11/2018 (EXTENSION POSSIBLE)

LOCATION: BASEL

WORKLOAD: 100%

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

The Office of Technology and Information (OTI) is a business function within Product Development (PD). The OTI offers capacity and skills for PD to drive the modernization of its clinical trials infrastructure. Supporting the OTI Business System Strategy group (OTI-BSS), the candidate will help PD express its longer-term technology needs from a business perspective to facilitate cross-functional collaboration on innovation, simplify our technology infrastructure and enable long-term planning.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Provide business analysis and support the Strategy Leader in developing and maintaining Content Management and Knowledge Management strategies & roadmaps
. Participate and support the conduct of strategic/exploratory workshops - principally by preparing the agenda and processing the outputs into strategy frameworks and capability roadmaps
. Establish and maintain relationship with key stakeholders - principally by actively participating in meetings, including presenting aspects of your work and capturing the business needs
. Leads and drives requirements gathering, assessment and scoping of solution options
. Research industry best practices and emerging trends and identification/proposal of solutions

MUST HAVES:
. 5+ years of business analysis and support experience with various types of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
. Ability to rapidly understand business needs and communicate business expectations to cross-functional teams
. Ability to work independently on complex business problems, provide innovative solutions that can have a cross-functional impact
. Experience in gathering business requirements and dealing with conflicting requirements
. Proven skills in relationship building, customer-focus, decision-making, and problem solving
. Experience with Business case creation
. Excellent presentation, meeting facilitation and communications skills (written and verbal in English)
. Positive and enthusiastic attitude and interpersonal skills

NICE TO HAVES:
+++ Strong understanding of Pharma Regulatory and Clinical processes
+++ Portfolio Management
++ Process Knowledge
++ Business Analysis certification (IIBA or equivalent) is a plus
+ Experience with conducting business requirements workshops
+ Other languages
