Business Analyst required for a 3 month pre-study task based in Helsingborg/Sweden.
Our client are looking to improve and harmonize their current Customer Support Centre to make operations more efficient and improve their customer service experience and required a Business Analyst/Consultant to assist with a pre-study covering the following areas; Contact Management (telephony/email/chat/social media etc) and Knowledge, Feedback and Report Management.
Key tasks will include:
-Writing user stories and business requirements.
-Mapping user stories and business requirements towards to the target platform.
-Assisting in blueprint definition.
-Assisting in business process definition and development.
The ideal candidate for the role should:
-Be a Customer Service and Contact Centre expert.
-Have strong business requirement and analysis experience accompanied with process development skills.
-Have business knowledge of Oracles offering for the Contact Centre area.
-Ideally have understanding of call centre telephony solutions.
