Business Analyst - Compliance & Operational Risk Control IT

BUSINESS ANALYST - COMPLIANCE & OPERATIONAL RISK CONTROL IT

Our client in the bank industry based in Zurich, is looking to onboard a Business Analyst with immediate effect to produce a Business Requirements Specification and an Application Requirement Specification (due Q4 2014), as well as actively participate in the software development as part of an Agile Scrum team and manage all testing aspects of the project delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Information gathering activities such as surveying, analysing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data

Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations?
-

Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements documents?
-

Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management
-

Coordinating the work of more Junior Analysts
-

Process documentation
-

Business requirements documentation
-

Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans

REQUIREMENTS:

-

Degree in business administration and/or systems engineering
-

Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in the financial industry
-

Experience with client data confidentiality, accounting and payments
-

Experience with data and process modelling
-

Experience with Web application
-

Software development background (Java/WebSphere, Oracle, UNIX) is a bonus.
-

Risk control experience, in particular operational risk, is a bonus
