Business Analyst- Compliance

The successful candidate will join at an exciting time for the organisation that has continued growth forecasted for the future and into a role with a high degree of autonomy and exposure to senior business stakeholders. The rate will be based on experience but they are looking to pay for an experienced consultant. Key duties will include but not be limited to: * Documenting requirements in the form of business/functional requirement, technical specification or data/process flows. * Being responsible for detailed, high-quality documentation which meets the needs of the various project stakeholders as well as work closely with the Project Manager on establishing a project plan. Prepare process flow diagrams for the end to end requirements. * Acting as IT liaison between Compliance business, developers and production support staff during project/initiative development and implementation and post-implementation in the form of day-to-day support of Compliance surveillance applications and related business processes. * Analysing payment, trade, reference data from upstream systems for data completeness and correctness. * Working closely with onshore and offshore technology development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. * Writing use cases, perform system testing and assist business users in UAT. Work closely with QA on establishing test plans and execute test cases; * Working with up stream systems to on board new feeds and documentation. * Strong experience with manual testing, testing tools, writing test plans, and reviewing test cases.
