Business Analyst, Client On boarding - Banking

A City based Investment Bank and Asset Management company have an open requirement for a Business Analyst with an excellent background in client on boarding to play a pivotal role in growing area of the bank.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record working in both the IT and Business side of client on boarding. An excellent track record in producing highly accurate and detailed functional specification is an essential requirement for the role. It will be necessary to have a driven personality and excellent relationship building skills. Furthermore, you will have to be an excellent problem solver and very delivery focused.

The bank are looking to grow their team and therefore looking for a very strong personality with an excellent ability to communicate with all team members are areas of the bank. Furthermore, candidates must have had previous experience of working on an individual bases where necessary and not to be afraid to question existing systems and processes.

Essential Requirements:

* Experience of Client Onboarding within Investment Banking and/or Asset Management.

* Develop and support all Client Onboarding initiatives on a long term basis.

* Investment banking (general products and processes knowledge; market, reference and regulatory data).

* Knowledge of SQL would be advantageous as well as a good understanding of technical areas of banking.

* Strong working knowledge of all MS Office applications, especially MS Excel Analytical, ability to arrive any solutions that fit current or future business processes.

* Effective writing and verbal communication to deliver required documentation and understanding of business requirements.

* Business / market / product knowledge - solution and opportunity delivery.

* Organisational skills: Ability to manage and co-ordinate resources for solution delivery.

* Developing business relationships for effective solution and opportunity delivery.
