BUSINESS ANALYST - CLEARING EXPERT
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced BUSINESS ANALYST to join one of their clients, a highly renowned Swiss organisation within the banking/financial sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gathering and analysing tasks, structures and use of material resources
- Formulating assignments and supporting the process of defining objectives
- Developing and evaluating solutions
- Verifying and improving work and information flows
- Support of planning and implementation of organisational changes
- Supporting the project management team in the area of quality assurance and project realisation
- Advising clients about optimal working environment, room layout and use of material resources and their regular modification
- Advising the management board and customers
- Serving and analysing business operations
- Negotiating with vendors and ability to challenge them
YOUR PROFILE:
- University, University of Applied Sciences or related education
- +7 years of clearing expertise (in the role as a business analyst in clearing for at least 7 years in the past in any Clearing House in Europe or the United States)
- Strong knowledge in:
- Equity Clearing Derivative-Konztrakte
- Influence of corporate actions on CCP's
- Risk management processes in the post-trading area
- Regulatory influences on CCP's (past & future)
- T2S settlement skills
- Market knowledge CCP, settlement as well as ISO 15022/20022 standards
- UML, BPMN, Structured Analysis, Flowcharts
- User Acceptance Testing including test plan and testcases prepare and perform
- Conceptual, pragmatic, goal-oriented and a team-player
- Has structured work method
- Aptitude for writing professional and coherent reports
- Good command of moderation and presentation techniques
- Good German and English knowledge, French would be an advantage
