Business Analyst - Change Management Specialist

LOCATION: Lausanne

CLIENT: A well established world-wide company

JOB: BUSINESS ANALYST - CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

PURPOSE:

Our client is looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST - CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in order to assume the following responsibilities:

- Contribute to design of TO BE solution (end-to-end process, best practice, integration with other processes)
- Create and review consistent and high quality Working Instructions
- Deliver training material on Process and Tools
- Back-up Process Owner as required
- Contribute to functional specification of technical solution
- Contribute to definition and execution of test scripts
- Support other testing activities as required
- Participate in project design meetings, and lead topics needing to be addressed in workshops, and with the virtual working team
- Support implementation of new way of working

PROFILE:

- Process design experience in the area of Data and Software development, in a complex global environment
- ISIT incident, change and release management experience
- Communication and testing activities
- HP Service Manager
- HP uCMBD
- HP Quality Center would be a plus
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- ITIL Change & Release Certification
- ITIL Service Lifecycle Certification

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH MANDATORY
