Business Analyst/Change Management - Client Onboarding

Business Analyst sought by our client, a major investment bank in Zurich.
This is a 6 month contract that will work within a project focused on regulatory changes to improve the stability of various legal entities. The role has a global focus to coordinate and implement the required legal structure changes including the creation of subsidiaries and other legal entities.
The successful candidate will have experience and an aptitude for a demanding global environment. They will also be covering the full project life cycle from concept to business requirements to testing and migration/implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document business requirements as well as preparing presentations based on these for communication to senior management and stakeholders
- Plan, prepare and execute testing and implementation activities
- Conceptualising, preparing and executing migration tasks
- Ensuring that Service Level Agreements, standard operating procedures and training are correctly executed and implemented.
- Tasks related to project management such as planning, coordination, prioritization, managing stakeholders and documentation to ensure that deliverable timeframes are met.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of Business Analyst and large-scale and multi-location project experience in a banking environment, ideally in securities/lending finance
- Asset management experience
- Client on-boarding experience
- OTC/ETE/REPO experience
- Manage multiple stakeholders through the entire project life cycle
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Excellent oral and written English and German
