As a BA you will be responsible for bridging the needs of the business with the use of IT and liaise with the stakeholders in order to understand the operation, business process and recommend solutions. Map the end to end process, create a business requirements and see whether the existing systems and tools can deliver to the requirements and if not create a plan that will. You must have a minimum of 4-5 years in a Business Analysis role, with a proven track record in requirements specification, business analysis and business domain knowledge.
