Business Analyst Cash & Payments, Swift x 2

We're currently looking for Business Analysts who will focus on the delivery of a detailed Risk and Control analysis of applications concerning Cash and Payments systems.

Core activities and Results:

The sr. Business Analyst will take the lead in producing high quality analysis of the current Risk and Controls of the applications in scope. Identify potential risk gaps, propose solutions, and input projected solutions in an action plan.

The sr. Business Analyst adopts the lead project role to initiate Work shops and mobilise Subject Matter Experts (SME) and key stakeholders on behalf of the Operations.

The sr. Business Analyst will align closely with, and manage the expectations of the Risk functions to ensure the Risk and Control analysis, is adequate for their first- and second line of defence Test plans.

Knowledge, education and Work experience:

Knowledge
Knowledge on HBO/WO (Bachelor/Master) level
Knowledge of project management and business analysis methodologies.
Knowledge on Financial Message Processing knowledge
Knowledge on Risk Management

Communication:
Discusses progress, issues, etc. and convinces the SME's related to project deliverables.
Upholds relationships with concerned Business Units, internal disciplines and employees, stakeholders and external organizations, during project.
Communicate status and progress towards the overall global project and sr. management within Operations.

Language Requirements:
English language skills are essential, both oral and written
