Business Analyst

Job Location: Portsmouth, NH

Number of positions: 3

Duration: 6 months

BUSINESS ANALYST - PAYMENTS MANAGEMENT, CASH MANAGEMENT, ACH, RTGS, CHECK MANAGEMENT.

Five + years in business analyst role, particularly in the area of web based Transaction Banking payment applications.

Strong skills with the ability to turn requirements into written specifications.

Ability to document the end to end flow of a process.

Deep understanding of user centered design and keen focus on user experience.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong team player.

Ability to lead release activities from analysis through to implementation.

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.

Manage the delivery of designated scope items within a product release on time and with high quality.

Create story cards for designated scope features along with activity diagram of proposed flows.

Maintain and create detailed functional specifications required to deliver product requirements.

Work with the technical leads and QA staff during product development.

Triage issues as they are identified by QA, but before they are sent to development.

Manage change control as needed based on adjustments made during product development
