Projektbeschreibung
My Client an Investment Bank based in BRUSSELS, requires a BUSINESS ANALYST CAP/CFU.
The Business Analyst will join the CPBB-BOO-Enginee ring Customer Due Diligence team and will be working on all topics related to Know Your Customer (CAP/CFU) aspects (process, tools, work instructions, etc)
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:
1. Manage & follow up progress/change of CDD processes and questionnaires in Matrix:
o Centralizerequirement description, cost estimation, planning, follow up of functional analysis, developments & tests, execution of UAT tests)
This includes the following:
- Challenge the requests, group the requests, obtain validation from all stakeholders before initiating the request
- Check feasibility with technical teams and request estimates
- Apply internal procedure/methodology to address the requests to IT department
- Adapt source file for CAP/CFU questionnaire accordingly.
- Prepare/communicate test cases to ADM when needed
- Foresee & organize on how the change must be communicated
- Analyze impact of change on current procedures and support materials + organize to adapt them accordingly (eg work instructions, process notes, Internet publication)
o Take ownership of & maintain the technical source file used as basis for developments by another team
2. Manage & follow up the project Reduce Admin Workload CAP/CFU Part3 requesting new functionalities towards the CDD processes in Matrix:
o Finalize and validate with all the stakeholders the detailed business requirements
o Follow up of the project (real cost vs estimations, planning, functional analysis, developments & tests, execution of UAT tests)
3. Business analysis to investigate how to create a link between the existing CAP/CFU process in Matrix and the CAP/CFU document process flow.
4. Produce set of internal procedures describing the operational activities performed and the criteria's/rules applied by the Middle Office CAP team when performing Due Diligence + communicate the applied rules & criteria's to the Front Office.
5. Other:
Prepare meeting minutes of meetings
Represent CPBB businesses in project workshops
Consolidate CPBB view of the 3 different business lines:
Commercial, Corporate & Public Banking in terms of process/operational requirements
Review & comment & propose solutions
Help in production of change management material (work instructions, user guide.)
Participate to CPBB UAT tests sessions.

Good analytical and synthesis skills;

EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of project steps/methodology
Min.3 to 7 years of relevant experience in a project management environment
Knowledge of Process Management
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE/
KNOWLEDGE:
Standard MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Visio) Business Object, MS Project, Open Workbench
MANDATORY:

PREFERABLE:
