Business Analyst (Calypso - Front Office)
Overview:
My financial client is looking for a Calypso Business Analyst to join their team. This is a Front Office role working with Fixed Income products (Bonds, Repo, Futures). The Calypso Business Analyst must have a strong understanding of business processes in Front Office (FO) to Middle Office (MO) and a good general understanding of Calypso infrastructure.
Skills and Experience:
*4+ years experience as a Calypso Business Analyst
*Understanding of Fixed Income products
*Knowledge of SQL
*Front-to-Middle Office experience
*Configuration and usage of Calypso Workstation (CWS) reports, mostly Pricing and CAPL reports
*Configuration of CS, PS and MDS
*Experience of Deal Capture functionalities for Fixed Income products (including Pricing Sheet)
*Usage and configuration of Trade Blotter functionality
*Configuration of Price Feed
*Good understanding of PL calculations including ability to break up PL in underlying elements
*Position management including understanding of liquidation principles
*Creation of custom Pricer Measure for MV and PL calculations
