We have an opportunity for an Experienced Business Analyst to work for a large IT company in Dublin.

Skills required and responsibilities:
* Requirements Gathering
* Negotiating Detailed Scope of Solution
* Advising Business Stakeholders on best practice in the performance management domain.
* Documented As-Is & To-Be Business Processes.
* Facilitate workshops to drive out To-Be Process
* Creating quality functional specifications
* Work closely with the IT Delivery Test Lead to agree Test Approach
* Assist on Test Execution
* Work closely with the Business Readiness Lead on Change Management activities
* Experienced Business Analyst with contact centre business experience.
* Experience of Performance Management, Workforce Management & Call Centre Operations preferable.
* Good written and communications skills with the capability to engage with key stakeholders.
* Can take ownership/responsibility and drive work completion against challenging deadlines.
