Business Analyst - Call Center - Dublin - euro;300 - euro;335/day 

A Business Analyst requirement to work within a call center environment to define and analyse business requirements, processes and procedures. The successful Business Analyst will lead all project change management & business readiness activities inclusive of: Communications, Stakeholder Management, Training etc.

Essential:

- At least 5 years business analysis experience primarily in the call center industry.
- Detailed knowledge of contact center processes, KPIs and performance systems including workforce management. 
- Experience of working with requirements that may have regulatory implications (ie Customer Protection Code etc).
- Detailed experience of business processes redesign.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of software development delivery life cycle.
- Understanding of managing requirements through from definition through delivery to benefit realisation.
