- You will have experience working in a top consulting firm or similar environment
- Proven experience working on business transformation projects is essential
- Proven experience in the gathering and documentation of complex business requirements
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Ability to run workshops
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Relevant tertiary or Business Analyst qualifications
