For one of our clients - a major Swiss Bank with global reach - we are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience in Business Risk Management for a very long term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and run the Intermediaries Segment Key Controls
- Prepare and report risk related metrics to senior management
- Support in maintaining segment specific audits & implement guidelines, procedures, processes and tools
- Evolve and maintain documentation of segment specific guidelines procedures, processes and tools
- Responsible for the maintenance and regular updates of the global External Asset Manager & External Financial Advisor Legal Opinion List and the not-approved Intermediaries list
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and contribute on projects specific tasks in close collaboration with respective project managers
- Long term contract (12month to start with) with option of extending
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or Law
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in business process modelling and willingness to further evolve Intermediaries policies, guidelines, procedures and processes and respective documentation
- Strong analytical, conceptual and implementation skills, project and change management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, capable of working proactively, independently and systematically meet deadlines
- Confident, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, motivated to work in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams across the organisation
- Excellent command of MS Office and affinity to technology
