Business Analyst/Business Process Expert (Contract)

For an international pharmaceutical institution in Basel we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:

BUSINESS ANALYST/BUSINESS PROCESS EXPERT (CONTRACT) - 5629

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Assess, review and ensure update of iCS landscape documentation on iCS model, data exchanged and interfaces, functionalities, procedures
- Assess current iCS TRD IT documentation and tools to document the iCS Model. Identify gaps for outdated information, define a plan and execute update. Identify and implement a new method to improve document usability
- Check the consistency between FS and URS.
- Support to update information related to ICS handbook/manual, on messages flow, on Canonical Model
- Support the business to develop Business testing Scenarios for unofficial test, for UAT for regression test for stress test/performance test
- Support on end to end OQ (only monitoring, scripts will be done by the vendor)
- Ensure that Training plan for Super Users is covering system needs and overview on the end to end landscape
- Canonical model update - in support of iCS BPE, iCS Messages workflow update - in support of iCS BPE
- BPMN - in support of iCS BPE and support the preparation and execution of OQ and UAT

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree or Master Degree in computer sciences or similar
- 3 to 6 years' experience in PHARMA company as Business Analyst, preferred in the R&D - clinical supply area
- Experience on PROJECTS AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Excellent ENGLISH written and spoken
- High level knowledge of CLINICAL SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESSES
- CSV, GxP, ICE
- Business Process formalization (Visio, iServer, Enterprise architecture)
- Interfaces Concept and Wiki technology (for article creation)
- XML message concept, Programming logi

CONTRACT DETAILS

- Start: 01.09.2017
- End: 31.03.2018 (with possibility for an extension)
- Hourly rate: CHF 95-100 all incl.
