A leading multinational organisation is currently involved in a large expansion of their Irish operations has multiple vacancies in their business analysis team for experienced business analyst professionals to play a key role in the delivery of a group wide initiative. The roles will involve interfacing between several business and technology groups, analysing business requirements and change requests that arise from a large programme of work and assessing the impact of these request in terms of the underlying business processes. As such significant experience in business process re-engineering and project experience from requirements gathering through to design, UAT and testing and on to implementation will be required.

Skills/Experience
Formal third level qualification
Experience in Business Analysis functions
Strong experience in BPM/business process re-engineering
Experience in Agile project environments preferred
Experience in banking (corporate/private/commercial preferred)
Experience in multinational, matrixed businesses is a plus
