RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES

The IT & Business Analyst will work on customer projects.

The IT & Business Analyst has a variety of duties and responsibilities:

- Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions
- Provide technology analysis and design services
- Analyze as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology requirements
- Drive functional/application designs and ensure technology solutions represent current and future business requirements
- Capture user requirements, conduct user reviews and run
- stakeholder agreement meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

- A bachelor's or Masters' degree in computer sciences
- A deep, comprehensive understanding of at least one principle Business function (ie Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing etc).
- Excellent data analysis skills in Excel.
- Two to four years of experience as a IT & Business Analyst position
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access)
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active, showing initiative and sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Result oriented and client focused
- Ability to learn client's business and software quickly
