Business Analyst - Brussels - 484 Euros per day

My Client an Investment Bank based in Brussels, requires a Business Analyst who has fluent French, Dutch and English.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Spoc Engineering' for the project New CCB platform

Writing the business specifications and review of other project deliverables with operational/business eye'.

Act as a liaison between Marketing/Contact Center and IT in the project

Participating to the next steps of the projects: continuously check scope of project, work when relevant on expected business functionalities, potential gaps.

In a second phase and if necessary prepare and facilitate change management around the program tracks

TYPICAL DELIVERABLES:

Business specifications and other business deliverables

Define test scenarios and test cases. Collaboration on BAT & UAT

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years of relevant experience as a business analyst

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:

MANDATORY:

Hands on, practical, experienced Business analyst profile

High capability to absorb multitude on input material, capacity to

distille & reduce to essence

Knowledge of retail bank environment

Good networker, clear experience to manage a complex set of

stakeholders

Expertise in Contact Center

Someone with enough confidence to defend positions taken and

defend agreed upon scopes.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

MANDATORY:

Contact center with preference in Banking sector.
