The Steering Center Talent and Performance Tools is gathering HR data from 180 worldwide company or daughter company sources. New entities need to be integrated in
the gathering technical mechanisms and processes, and new versions of the expectations are to be rolled out.
Function Description
- Deployment of HR Data gathering tools world-wide
- Manage communication with both HR business and IT counterparts, extracting data from local People Administration systems
- Functional analysis : analyse requests and situations
- Regular trainings to perform to local users
- Understand the tools and processes, the business rules allowing data quality and explain to local users what is expected
- Investigate quality issues and technical deadlocks
- Tools testing

Technical Experience
Mandatory
Technical knowledge sufficient to discuss with IT, support and challenge their solutions
Preferable
Experience in HR IS tools
Knowledge of data file transfer, data file comparison tools and encryption principles
Business Experience
Mandatory
- Experience in management of small projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, able to sell the benefits of the projects to acquire adhesion of local users in the project
- International experience
Preferable
Previous experience with BNP Paribas
