Computer Futures are currently recruiting a Business Analyst for a client of ours based in the Bristol area.

Key Responsibilities of the role

The business analyst is a pivotal role in the Businesses project framework. As a skilled individual you will be responsible for defining and mapping business processes, data flows, and identifying areas for process improvement and re-engineering. You will have responsibility for shaping, capturing and driving the definition of business requirements ensuring they are tracked through to delivery in an Agile environment. The business analyst will often be the first point of contact for scoping new concepts and have responsibility for the early shape and direction of business critical initiatives.

What you'll need

You'll be an experienced business analyst with 3-5 years formal business analysis experience. Strong inter-personal skills and an ability to bring together diverse stakeholders from business, operational, marketing and IT are a must. You'll thrive on working in an environment where change is fast-paced and be at ease working with stakeholders at all levels. You'll be able navigate complex commercial problems and opportunities for improvements in business process. Overall, you'll be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business, whilst being robust in your drive to ensure the delivery of project benefits! Ideally, you'll have experience of business analysis on Agile projects and change
