Business Analyst - Branch

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to work on a large scales Branch Transformation programme with the Retail and Business Banking area. The aim of the programme is to improve a number of the processes and offer an increased digitalised service to customers.

The Business Analyst will be expected to provide usual Business Analysis duties including requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, Business requirements documentation and process mapping etc

You will be a strong Business Analyst with a good background of working within Branch and Customer facing transformation programmes previously ideally with a good knowledge of Retail, Business and Corporate banking ideally. Knowledge of business account reconciliation and ID&V levels is also highly desirable for this role.
