Business Analyst/Business Process Modelling BPM (MEGA experience)

Our global end Client near Paris (Dpt 95) is now looking for a Business Analyst/Business Process Modelling BPM (MEGA experience). You should speak good English.

This will be a long term contract: 6/12/18 months contract.

Role & Responsibilities:

*In the context of a big multi-site project on new or existing WebSphere or BI applications:
oCreate & maintain a high visibility of business processes, and dependencies. Anticipate & suggest organisational/process evolutions in order to increase business efficiency, propose relevant system upgrades and adaptations.
oWith Key Users conduct necessary requirements gathering and analysis leading to the delivery of the high level functional specifications and then ensure their validation.
oWith the application designer, participate to the detailed specifications and prototype
oDuring development ensure relationships between users and designers/developers.
oDesign test scenario, organisational procedures and user guide, then validate the developed system.
oOrganise, prepare, run/support and coordinate UAT, user training, & manage roll-out.
oSupport users after implementation, follow-up Change Requests with Application Support Group.

Experience:
o5+ years experience as "Business Analyst" is required (focused on requirement gathering & functional specifications writing).
oExperienced in Business Process Modelling (using Mega is a plus).
oExperienced in use case description
oCapability to build entity model and functional architecture models (application tree)
oExperience in "Change Management" and "Training"
oExperience in workshop management (preparation, animation)
oExperience in projects in an international environment

Skills:
oFluent in English
oExcellent written and verbal communicator coupled with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
oThorough knowledge of the systems development life cycle.
oCapable of understanding, articulating and translating business requirements to system solution at a conceptual level (business to IT translation).
oCulturally aware and adaptable to flexible business requirements.
oOpen minded and accepting challenges.
