Business Analyst - BPM

Emagine consulting is seeking a Business Analyst for our client a world leading manufacture of flavorings and scents. The Business Analysis team capture business processes needs and issues of users and departments across the globe and drive the creation enhancement and support of WebSphere applications. These are global multi-site projects with an emphasis on Asian operations.

Key activities:
o Create & maintain a high visibility of business processes, and dependencies.
o Requirements gathering and analysis: delivery and validation of the high level functional specifications o With the application designer, participate in development of detailed specifications and/or prototypes o Ensure relationships between users and designers/developers.
o Design test scenario, organisational procedures and user guide, then validate the developed system. o Organise, prepare, run/support and coordinate UAT, user training, & manage roll-out.
o Support users after implementation, follow-up Change Requests with Application Support Group.

You need:
o 4-6 years experience as "Business Analyst" is required (focused on requirement gathering & functional specifications writing).
o Strong skills in Business Process Modelling with formal methodologies (Mega is a plus).
o Experienced in use case description
o Capability to build entity model and functional architecture models (application tree)
o Experience in "Change Management" and Training
o Experience in workshop management (preparation, animation)
o Experience working in a large multinational environment including virtual teams
o Experience working with offshore development teams
o Experience in the Asian theatre o Fluent in English
o Excellent written and verbal communicator coupled with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
o Able to animate and promote concepts and solutions
o Thorough knowledge of the systems development life cycle.
o Capable of understanding, articulating and translating business requirements to system solution at a conceptual level (business to IT translation).
o Culturally aware and adaptable to flexible business requirements.
o Open minded and accepting challenges.
