BUSINESS ANALYST BCBS-239 - PROJECT RESOURCE (REF: WB1905)

BRINE SA is currently seeking for an experienced Business Analyst, in order to carry out the regulatory BCBS-239 program across Private Banking.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Member of the BCBS-239 Private Banking compliance gap analysis team, responsible to document all relevant risk measures of the bank to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Analyse and document the risk reporting landscape in Private Banking
-

Compilation of risk measures used in board and management risk reports
-

Work with SMEs to further investigate risk measures along BCBS 239 criteria
-

Working independently under the guidance of a senior project lead and the responsible work stream lead.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE/KNOWLEDGE

ESSENTIAL:

-

Minimum 4 years business analysis experience within a financial services company
-

Strong experience documenting business processes and understanding underlying business/operating models of various PBWM businesses

Effective stakeholder management, experience in facing senior business stakeholders
-

Able to efficiently run workshops with business stakeholders to document business processes and equally proficient collaborating with subject matter experts from various areas to document details
-

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-

Proven ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner (written and verbal)
-

Experience in operating in complex environments beneficial
-

Proficient in MS Office
-

Experience with BCBS-239 or other regulatory initiatives beneficial

Fluent English language skills (written and spoken), good German language skills a big plus
