Business Analyst (BCBS 239 - Credit Risk)

For our client, global banking company, located in Zurich is looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST FOR A 6-MONTHS CONTRACT.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are offering an exciting business analysis position within Risk Strategic Change. Our unit supports the business division Chief Risk Officers and the Firm Wide Risk functions with best-in-class services to effectively and efficiently deliver Change-the-Bank projects. We act as the essential conduit between business stakeholders in Risk and the IT delivery functions, at various levels of seniority and across geographical locales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
. Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
. Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
. Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
. Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
. Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
. 7+ years, experience and strong track record in business analysis
. (Credit) Risk experience
. Understanding and experience of implementing regulatory projects in a large bank would be a plus
. Strong quantitative and analytical skills
. Experience in process management/design
. Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders
. Ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
. Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
. Excellent communication skills in English
