On behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich, we are searching for a Senior Business Analyst with strong background in Basel Regulatory Reporting projects and very good Derivatives knowledge. The professional will join Phase 2 of their Internal Model Method (IMM) project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gathering and analysing requirements on the IMM Phase 2 Project
- Working closely with business and IT stakeholders (Finance IT, development teams, technical architects, etc.) based in different international locations
- Writing specifications based on the clients' needs
- Responsibility for the implementation of the specified requirements
- Supporting technical analysis, planning, development of business requirements and applications
- Ensuring the following of the company standards and procedures
- Supporting testing activities
IDEAL PROFILE:
- At least 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial industry
- Several years of experience in Basel Regulatory Reporting projects (Basel III, Basel IV)
- Excellent Derivatives knowledge
- Familiarity with RWA (Risk Weighted Assets) and Financial Accounting principles
- IT background would be preferable
- Strong SQL skills
- Fluent English
