Business Analyst (Based in Paris or Frankfurt)

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to work as part of an exciting global change programme for a top global firm with an excellent reputation.

As well as the system integration and upgrade, you will also be working with global office to streamline process to roll out one unified way of working with the system. Due to this flexible working hours may be required from time to time.

In this changing environment there is a focus on change management, you will be accountable for looking at how the system change impacts the business, as well as logging the change impact.

Their change management methodology is Prosci, if you have worked to this methodology before that would be highly beneficial but not essential.

Key skills:

- Change management (methodology: Prosci)
- Finance systems (highly desirable)
- Gathering and documenting requirements
- Experience of working on global transformation projects would be ideal

PLEASE NOTE: some flexible working hours may be required to be able to attend meetings with colleagues in different time zones. Additionally some travel may be required from time to time (locations and frequency TBC).
