BUSINESS ANALYST PRIVATE BANKING AND WEALTH MANAGEMENT
THE PROJECT:
Industrialize the existing design governance structure within Private Banking/Wealth Management by standardizing roles, responsibilities and processes. With the industrialized design governance, a corresponding reporting and communication framework should be developed and implemented, including integration into Investment and Execution Governance of the division.
YOUR TASKS:
- Reviewing current governance framework and definition of roles, responsibilities and processes, core team and working groups in close collaboration with key stakeholders
- Developing overall communication strategy for both internal and external parties, eg around target state including KPIs (for project and running mode afterwards) for the working groups
- Supporting management of development and implementation process for current state and the target state repository (combining application landscape and operating models)
- Developing documentation standards for target state repository
- Establishing SharePoint as central part of target state repository process and as part of communication strategy
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Banking knowledge with understanding for business processes and products (preferably IT or COO area)
- Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is mandatory
- Experience in IT platform, IT architecture and Enterprise Architecture projects, preferably in IT methodology and governance
- Knowledge in MS SharePoint Designer is a plus
- Languages: Fluent in English both written and spoken, German nice to have
