Business Analyst - Banking - Vienna - Freelance - DWH

My banking client in Vienna is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work on their Data Warehouse project. This is a 12 month contract to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:
*Collect and screen requirements of business departments in defined structure.
*Prepare gap analysis and cost estimation as part of the change management process and workflow
*Able to discuss complex business requirements with end users and management to analyze and design solutions and design processes that address the demand
*Support testing and defect management process in all topics related to the respective business area
*Maintain all related documents and concepts

Your qualifications:
*Minimum 4 years of experience in business or IT department, preferable in the financial services industry.
*Thereof at least two years of experience in Business Analysis
*Comprehensive knowledge of the most important banking-products preferably in the overall bank steering context
*Experience in data modelling
*Hands-on experience with databases (Oracle)
*High level of communication and presentation skills
*Fluent knowledge of English; German is appreciated, but not mandatory
